WOMEN'S BACKPACK CANBERRA - BLACK

I'm writing this review in frustration. I received the bag nearly 2 weeks ago. On first look it appeared perfect. But then I noticed there was hole in one of the pockets, look like a burn mark. I then tried it on and realised how tiny the straps are. When I tried it on with my jacket I had to get help from my flatmate to remove it. I decided I would have to return it and although they don't do returns on sale items, I assumed because it was faulty I would be able to. However, I have had no reply from my emails at all so 1 star it is.

Affordable quality

This is an excellent bag, well constructed, a good size and aesthetically pleasing. The price was astonishingly good. It also feels good to wear . I bought iit for a specific trip and it has been perfect , as well as garnering compliments. Well done.

Great quality

The bag arrived very quickly and is a really good quality leather. The only thing i would say is that it was a little bigger then what i expected, but it is true to the measurements.

Backpack beauty

I treated myself to a new backpack after my old ( 16+years ) one died. More then happy with the replacement. Lots of useful pockets and thoughtful placement as well. Hoping to use daily for at least the next 16 years. Highly recommend it. Looking at purchasing another for my husband.
