A useful versatile bag
I truly love the concept of this bag and how I can use it in several ways, but I can only rate a 'Happy enough with it' score as... The handle as part of the backpack straps is too wide to comfortably carry in the hand for an average-sized woman's hand. Had the diameter of this handle been made the same size as the dual handles have been that open the main part of the bag, the width of the handle would not be an issue. I get that the handle width is dictated by the width of the backpack straps - had these been made 1-2 mm narrower the overall width of the handle as a wrap-around feature would be reduced accordingly. The overall finish of the bag is great except for the ends/edges of this handle. I wouldn't expect the straps to have been beveled and slickered/rounded but just that small area would have made a world of difference to the look as this is what is obvious when the bag is used in the over-the-shoulder option. This small area with the raw edge not beveled or slickered/rounded to make a lovely finished edge is really obvious, and drops the overall quality look of the bag. Photo attached.
