I purchased a lovely laptop leather bag from Greenwood Leather for my son’s birthday. At just on a year of use the stitching at the bottom side of the bad started to come undone to the point the bag could not be used . I emailed Greenwood Leather’s customer service email and never heard back at all. I’ve called their direct phone number and nobody ever answers . This is very disappointing that nobody can be bothered to get back to me . My son loved the bag and we had hoped that Greenwood Leather would either fix or replace the bag. Unfortunately the quality of the bags is disappointing. It even more so the “NO CARE after service”
